Power Problems Persist In Parts Of Birmingham
More than 500 residents may not get service back until Thursday night, DTE reports.

Some Birmingham residents are well into their fourth day without electricity following the harsh wind storm that swept through the area over the weekend.
More than 500 residents were still without power as of Wednesday afternoon, according to the DTE outage map. The majority of those customers are in the vicinity of Woodward Avenue south of Big Beaver. They lost peer Sunday night, and may not have it back until late Thursday night.
More than 250 residents in the area surrounding Quarton Lake who lost power early Monday morning may also have to wait until late Thursday night, DTE reports. They are among 76,000 still without power in the southeast Michigan. More than 90 percent should have power restored by late tonight or early Thursday morning.
The National Weather Service predicts temperatures to dip to about 36 degrees overnight, with a 40 percent chance of rain.
