Earlier this year, we told you all about the important dates to know on Birmingham Public Schools 2013-14 calendar. Here's a reminder of the big holidays coming up. 

November

  • Nov. 22: High School Students Attend Full Day with One Exam
  • Nov. 25: High School Students Attend AM Only with Two Exams
  • Nov. 26: High School Students Attend AM Only with Two Exams; Elementary Students attend morning only for teacher professional development day.
  • Nov. 27: No school, conference compensation day for teachers before Thanksgiving break.

December and Beyond

  • Dec. 2: No school for high school students, records preparation day
  • Dec. 3: Classes resume following Thanksgiving break
  • December 23 - Jan. 4, 2014: Winter Break
  • Jan. 6: Classes resume
