The Bloomfield Hills home that former First-Lady hopeful Ann Romney grew up in is for sale.

The house at 1640 Hammond Ct. sits on the hilltop of a nearly 2-acre property surrounded by pine trees south of Long Lake Road just east of Kensington Road. It is more than 2,900 square feet and has a finished basement that adds another 2,700 square feet, according to the listing provided by local realtor Deborah Cavanaugh of Max Broock Realtors.
