Bloomfield Hills' Brook To Seek Sander Levin's House Seat

Former Bloomfield Hills School Board president Martin Brook is one of three major Democratic candidates who intend to seek the nomination to run for Sander Levin’s seat in Congress next year. Levin, D-Royal Oak, has represented Michigan in Congress for over 30 years, first winning election to the House of Representatives in 1983.

Brook, an attorney from Bloomfield Hills, has a lot of competition for the nomination. Others who have announced their intent to run in in the Democratic primary include Sander Levin’s son, Andy Levin, and state Sen. Steve Bieda, D-Warren.
