Holiday Unity Luncheon
The Birmingham Republican Women's Club will host Lt. Gov. Brian Calley at their holiday unity luncheon Monday at noon at the Iroquois Club in Bloomfield Hills. A check for $30 payable to the Birmingham RWC or cash will be collected at the door. The club will swear-in newly-elected officers following the program.ÂDown Syndrome Guild Spreads Holiday Cheer
The Down Syndrome Guild of Southeast Michigan will bring it's budding singers, dancers and actors as directed by the 4th Wall Theatre Company to the Sunrise of Bloomfield senior apartments for a special concert at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17. Christmas carols and a holiday-themed play that the performers helped write will bring the holiday spirit to Bloomfield seniors.ÂWinter Collage Concert
Bloomfield Hills High School music department presents a Winter Collage Concert featuring students in the band, orchestra, and choir at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the school gym. An 'afterglow' reception will follow in the cafeteria. Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable food donations to help support Gleaners Community Food Bank.Music Discovery with Axis Music Academy
Join instructions from the Axis Music Academy for a special session for budding musicians at the Baldwin Public Library from 2-3 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18. Watch them explore music and performing through various handsÂ-on songs and dance activities.P.J. Theater
Join the fun of Family-P.J. Theater at the Bloomfield Township Public Library from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Live theater, puppet shows, authors, illustrators and movies are scheduled, and participants are encouraged to wear their pajamas for this event,  sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
