Sold! These Bloomfield Township Homes Are Off the Market

The market for single-family homes in Oakland County is hot! See what's selling around Bloomfield Township.

Most real estate agents these days will say home prices in Bloomfield Township and Oakland County have rebounded, and that inventory is scarce.

"The market has shifted from a buyers' market to a sellers' market in the past
year because there is a paucity of inventory and a plethora of buyers," said realtor Deborah Cavanaugh of Bloomfield Township-based Max Broock Realty.

These are just some of the homes that sold since Jan. 1 in Bloomfield Township, according to Cavanaugh.
