SCAMP provides summer day camp activities for children with special needs all throughout Metro Detroit. CARE House works with children and families dealing with child abuse.

"There's still a very active volunteer community here that wants to support important charities and help out with the community.  And our focus is on children’s charities.“ said president Terry Stacy.

Stacy said funds raised at the events go specifically to toward transportation costs to bus children along the Woodward Avenue coorridoor to summer camp programs in Walled Lake.
