5 Things to Know about Brighton's Homecoming Events

Homecoming for Brighton High School takes place this weekend starting with the parade and football game  on Friday and Homecoming dance on Saturday.

Here are five things to know about this weekend's events.

• The 2013 Brighton High School Homecoming theme is “Once Upon a Time.”

• The Brighton Homecoming parade starts at 6 p.m. on Friday in downtown Brighton.

• The Homecoming game is against Howell and starts at 7 p.m.

• The Homecoming dance is Saturday from 7 p.m. - 11 p.m. and the cost is $20. Tickets will not be sold at the door.

• The 2013 Homecoming king and queen will be crowned during the game's halftime events.
