Best Thing We Ate This Week: Ritter's Ice Cream

and saw a line out front waiting to be served.

I've been hearing about how great Ritter's is since I moved to Brighton, so I thought I'd stop and see for myself.

I'm a simple girl, I prefer a vanilla ice cream waffle cone with rainbow sprinkles. You can't forget the sprinkles - a fact my husband loves to tease me about.

Since the weather was sunny, if a little chilly, I decided to sit outside and eat my cone - which was pretty good.

I can't wait until the weather really warms up to enjoy eating outside even more.
