Good Morning Brighton - The Ryan Family

1. The weather

Today will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 45 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Tonight will be mostly cloudy, with a 30 percent chance of rain before 2 a.m., and a low around 30 degrees.

3. Spring Break Fun Day

The Brighton Optimist Club will host a Spring Break Fun Day at from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. This event is totally FREE for Livingston County children in grades K-4th.  A variety of classes will be offered such as: swimming, kayaking, karate, crafts, games, geology, nature, science, gardening, learn to cast, cardio conditioning, origami, and more!  At 1pm, the Wild Swan theater will present "Jack and the Beanstalk".  Free lunch is provided. The first 100 children signed in for "walk-in" registration will be accepted. Walk-in registration begins at 8:30 a.m.  For more information, contact Donna Campbell at (810) 923-2096.

4. Funky Flip-Flop Making
