Support Brighton High School Band Plus More Tips for the Week Ahead

Here are five things to help fuel your week in Brighton.

It's Monday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Brighton to help make your week a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. Support your community

The winning Marching Band will get a 2 Hour Clinic with John T. Madden, and the entire instructional staff from the Spartan Marching Band, plus a cash donation from Marshall Music, a trophy from Larry Cushion Trophies, Transportation to an event from Dean Trailways, and a bowling and pizza party.

2. Save the date
Professional and amateur photographers meeting to share images and knowledge (tips and tricks) in order to better the skills of all. The theme for images at this meeting is "Four Seasons".

3. In the community
  • Brighton Senior Center Euchre Tournament
The Brighton Senior Center will host a Euchre Tournament September 25 at 10 a.m. at 850 Spencer Road, Brighton. Cost is $6 for advance registration and $7 at the door. Lunch is included and three cash prizes will be awarded. To register for this exciting event please call 810-299-3822.

4. For your information
In his presentation titled “Are you ready for Vail?” Rich Millis the Principal at Endoxa Consulting will describe a step-by-step process that will help businesses prepare for the influx of new customers while they pleasantly surprise existing ones. This presentation will answer the question, “Are You Ready for Vail?” while giving all who attend powerful tools to assess their business as well as address improvement opportunities.

Don't miss out on this Special Event and opportunity to meet Bob Lutz! He will be in our store signing his new release, "Icons and Idiots", Straight Talk on Leadership.
