• Man re-sentenced on Huron County child abuse, assault charges (ourmidland.com) — A Carsonville resident has been re-sentenced in Huron County Circuit Court on child abuse and assault charges after successfully appealing an earlier 2024 decision. The court also handed down separate sentences in unrelated drug, probation violation, and fleeing-and-eluding cases involving defendants from other nearby communities.
