City of Clawson Launches New Website
Tell us what you think about the site that was introduced Friday.

The city of Clawson website has a new look.
The website, designed by the Clawson Cable Television and Internet Services Advisory Board with a content management system by Revize, was launched Friday with an emphasis on easier navigation and current events.Β
"The last (website) we thought was just a little too cluttered," City Manager Mark Pollock said. "The main thing we wanted to do with the website is have more up-to-date information."

Pollock said the city has been working on website changes with Troy-based Revize for the past year. And after a few delays, they decided to officially launch the site Friday.
The main feature of the site is the scrolling picture marquee that shows photos and links to city services and events. There is also a section for current events with the top stories.

Residents can expect more tweaks to the site in the coming weeks, Pollock said. The city is also planning photo contests where residents will have a chance to have their photos featured on the site.Β
Correction: Revize provided the content management system.
