Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, one of the nation’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, recently auctioned over 370,000 square feet of properties on Auction.com, with the most recent being a 230,000 square foot retail center, known as the Madison Center, in Madison Heights, Michigan. Additional properties include 2525 Fort Campbell, a retail shopping center in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, 1414 West Thompson, a White Castle in Indianapolis, Indiana, 10224 Rockville, a retail center in Avon, Indiana, and 538 South Gilbert Road, a neighborhood retail center in Gilbert, Arizona. The properties were auctioned by Friedman’s Investment & Loan Advisory team members: National Director Barry Swatsenbarg, Senior Vice President Rich Deptula, and Vice President David Cohen.

The Madison Center was originally built in 1965, and has a 97% occupancy rate. The retail center underwent renovations in 2000 when Kmart expanded its space and became a 24-hour superstore. Kmart has been a tenant at the Madison Center for over 40 years. Other major tenants include Ross Medical Education Center, the US Postal Service, and Dollar Palace.
