Fuel Report: Lowest Area Gas Price $3.49

There's more pain at the pump this week. The lowest area gas price has reached $3.49, up 20 cents since our last fuel report for Clawson on Feb. 25. The lowest gas prices near Clawson range from $3.49-$3.57.

The average price for a gallon of gas in Metro Detroit jumped 8 cents since last week, with an average price today of $3.52. The statewide average is now $3.53, according to the AAA Fuel Gauge Report.
