Armed and Dangerous: Police Seek This Man In Block Party Murder
Police are looking for 25-year-old Perry Rouse, who they say is in possession of an assault-style rifle.

MT. CLEMENS, MI — Police have identified a suspect in the shooting at a block party in Mt. Clemens that left one man dead and a woman in the hospital Thursday. The Macomb County Sheriff’s Office is looking for 25 year-old Perry Bernard Rouse Jr. in connection to the shooting, they announced Friday. He is considered armed and dangerous, police say and authorities believe he is in possession of an assault-style rifle.
Authorities also said he is getting help from someone who knows him and that witnesses have come forward with little information about the incident.
The Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office has issued a five count warrant for Rouse for first degree murder, felony firearm, two weapons possession charges and assault with intent to murder.

Police say 17 spent casings were located at the scene near Court and Clemens streets and that they from three different caliber weapons. They reportedly have a suspect vehicle in possession.
Clinton Township resident Charlie McGowan, 24, died after being shot in the stomach. He was reportedly standing outside when he was shot. A 26-year-old woman, also from Clinton Township, was shot in the leg while inside of a vehicle. She is reportedly recovering.
