Big Reds Close in on District Title After Win Over Lake Shore
Chippewa Valley High School's varsity boys basketball team defeated Lake Shore 49-32 Wednesday.
With Wednesday's 49-32 victory over Lake Shore High School (6-15), Chippewa Valley High School's varsity boys basketball team is just one win away from clinching the district title.
Competing in Class A District 28, the Big Reds (12-9) will face Sterling Heights High School (10-12) Friday on their home court. Tip-off is 7 p.m.
If Chippewa wins their game against Sterling, they'll go on to compete in the regional tournament March 11.
