Court Action Against Tin Fish Raises Question of Restaurant's Future in Partridge Creek
The Mall at Partridge Creek has taken Tin Fish to court, claiming the restaurant owes more than $400,000 in rent.

A court hearing later this month could put the future of Tin Fish at The Mall at Partridge Creek in jeopardy.
The issue is that of rent, or rather Partridge Creek's claim that Tin Fish has not paid some $406,759 "in rent and other charges" it currently owes, according to court documents obtained by The Macomb Daily.
Per the restaurant's 2007 lease agreement with the mall, Tin Fish was to pay approximately $15,000 a month in rent to Partridge Creek, The Macomb Daily reports.
