The Lenawee County Health Department has lifted the Health Advisory for Lenawee County Residents and visitors to avoid contact with South Branch of the River Raisin and the River Raisin.

The Lenawee County Health Department issued a Health Advisory on September 23, 2021, to avoid physical contact with the River Raisin beginning at South Branch of the River Raisin from the area of Race Street in the City of Adrian, and continuing downstream to the eastern boundary of Lenawee County at the Village of Deerfield. The advisory was issued due to a discharge from the City of Adrian sewage collection system.

Based on results from water testing, the Health Advisory issued by the Lenawee County Health Department on September 23, 2021 is lifted. Β
