Lenten Fare Favorite Has Moved, But Plenty of Fish Fries Remain in Clinton Township
Where do you get your fish and chips fix now that longtime favorite Dublin Fish & Chips has moved to Rochester?

Clinton Township residents seeking their fix of fish and chips this Lent may be dismayed to learn a local favorite has left town.
After 10 years in the Oakwood Plaza on Hayes, Dublin Fish & Chips owner Bob Lenartowicz relocated his store to Downtown Rochester six months ago.
"We had a long church pew in the Clinton Township location and it would be packed solid on Fridays during Lent," Lenartowicz told Patch in a previous interview. "People always said it was worth the wait."

But whether Clinton Township fans will endure the 30- to 45-minute drive to 417 Main St. in Downtown Rochester to obtain the fresh-battered Irish classic remains to be seen.
So where in Clinton Township can you get your fish and chips fix now? On the other side of Oakwood Plaza, Clancy's Irish Pub serves up cod and perch versions of the dish, while local churches such as St. Ronald at 17701 15 Mile will continue their Friday fish fry traditions through Lent.
