Michigan Powerball Player Wins $1 Million
Nobody won the Powerball Jackpot, however. Find out how much you could win from Saturday's drawing.

METRO DETROIT, MI — If you played the Powerball lottery game Wednesday night, you might want to take an extra close look at your ticket. That’s because one lucky Michigan player won $1 million.
There’s no word from Michigan Lottery officials on where the winning ticket was sold. But, whoever had it, beat long odds to become a millionaire. The odds of have five match white balls is 1 in 11,688,053.52.
The winning Powerball numbers were: 24, 26, 28, 59, 63 with a Powerball of 16. Saturday’s jackpot will be $177 million with a cash payout of $111.9 million.

The Mega Millions jackpot also went unclaimed after Tuesday night’s drawing. The winning numbers were 10, 17, 47, 51, 61 and gold ball of 5. Friday’s jackpot will be $145 million with a cash payout of $91 million.
