Police Seeking This Man In Clinton Township Stabbing
Police have released a photo of a person of interest in a stabbing and robbery of a man in Clinton Township.

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI — Clinton Township police are looking for a suspect allegedly involved in a brutal robbery in the city. On Tuesday they released a photo of a person of interest.
Officials said they responded to the area of Garnet and Quinn on May 4 around 3:45 p.m. on the report of an accident with a car in the ditch. Upon arriving they found an unoccupied car running and a knife with blood on it.
Police say they then received a related call about a man just south of the accident bleeding and going in and out of consciousness. The man told police he was stabbed by a man possibly named "Deon" who he had just met.

Local reports say the men had met at a nearby nightclub before the stabbing happened. The man reportedly robbed the victim of $1,000, according to WDIV.
Police said the man was stabbed several times in the back and once in the head.

The Clinton Township Police are looking for a suspect described as a black male, early to mid-twenties, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black cargo pants, red Nike t-shirt with white letters and a black multi-colored Adidas zip-up jacket. The suspect had the following tattoos, police said: "Blessed" on right inner forearm, tattoo woman's name on right inner forearm, heart tattoo on right side of neck and an unknown tattoo on left side of neck.
The man possibly frequents the Six Mile and Woodward area, authorities said.
The victim's condition is non-life threatening, police said.
