Dearborn CVS Robbed, Police Need Help Identifying Suspect

The suspect was last seen wearing a long, olive green trench coat, black hat and thick black glasses.

Dearborn police are asking for residents' help in identifying a suspect in a larceny that took place Jan. 13, at the CVS Pharmacy on Outer Drive.

The suspect can be seen on security cameras entering the store, grabbing several items and concealing them in his jacket, before quickly proceeding to the exit with the items still concealed.

The man allegedly left the store around 3 p.m. without paying for the merchandise, worth more than $200, according to the report.

The suspect was described as a 45-55 year old, light-skinned black male, approximately 5’10, with a thin build. 

He was last seen wearing a long, olive green trench coat, black hat and thick black glasses. In fact, this is the third time the man has committed a larceny at the store, wearing the same olive green trench coat.

“Any assistance in identifying this suspect would be greatly appreciated," said Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad. "Community awareness and public assistance will be necessary to apprehend this criminal.”
