DEARBORN, MI β Dearborn Public Schools are looking for teachers and other professionals for the upcoming school year, the school district said Thursday morning.
The district is looking to hire all teachers, whether part-time substitutes or full-time professionals, as well as roughly 50 non-teaching jobs, such as bus drivers, food service workers, custodians, secretaries and receptionists, the district said. The jobs range from just a few hours a day on school days to full-time, year round employment.
"As a district, we are always excited for the start of the new school year," Executive Director of Staff and Student Services Maysam Alie-Bazzi said. "But it also means hiring lots of new staff to help us prepare for the return of students to our buildings. Hopefully, some of the people reading this will join us so we can continue to provide our students the best possible services!"
