Former U.S. Rep. John Dingell Suffers Heart Attack
The 92-year-old represented Michigan for nearly 60 years before retiring in 2015.

MICHIGAN — Former U.S. Rep. John Dingell suffered a heart attack early Monday morning, according to his wife, Rep. Debbie Dingell.
She took to Twitter to share the news, saying he’s currently “alert and in good spirits, cracking jokes like always.”
Dingell, 92, is being treated at Henry Ford Hospital. He spent nearly 60 years representing Michigan in the U.S. House of Representatives before retiring in 2015.
