Henry Ford Community College Hosts 'Welcome Back Days 2013'
Student clubs will showcase activities and sign up new members for the 2013 school year beginning Sept. 17.

Henry Ford Community College (HFCC) will welcome its new and returning students back for the 2013-2014 year with the annual "Welcome Back Days," which take place Sept. 17 through Sept. 20 in the Student and Culinary Arts Center, located on the main campus.
Festivities will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. An icebreaker co-sponsored by the African American Association begins at 7 p.m.

Tuesday and Wednesday will feature student clubs looking to recruit new members and promote upcoming events. Thursday will feature student support services, which will include financial aid representatives, information on transferring to four-year colleges or universities, tips on note-taking and study skills and other topics that assist with the success of students.
Students will also have the opportunity to register to vote in the upcoming election on Nov. 5. Refreshments will be served on all three days.
