More than 6,000 runners are taking part in the Martian Marathon in Dearborn Saturday. There are a variety of races including a marathon, half-marathon and a 5K. 

The race begins and ends in Ford Park. Patch Editor Jessica Carreras and others are offering an aid station on the course near mile marker 19.
