Michigan Sears Store Closing In Latest Round
The struggling retailer has announced that another 40 stores will be closing.
Sears has announced yet another round of store closings. The once-iconic retailer filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in October but its struggles started long ago.
According to USA Today, the latest round of closings include 29 Sears and 11 Kmarts. The paper reports that the 40 stores will close in February.
When Sears filed for bankruptcy, the retailer announced a list of 142 locations that would be closing by the end of the year.

The Battle Creek location is included in the latest closures, according to USA Today. The store is closing in February and is located at 5575 B Drive N.
