It is the first facility in Greenfield Village to compost all its own waste, according to members with village.
In addition to the new dining option, the village will also open a newly renovated and refreshed Greenfield Village Store this spring, according to members with village.
Guests can shop the extensive quilting collection, new Detroit Central Market apparel and products featuring artwork by nationally recognized illustrator and graphic designer Humberto Cruz, according to members with village.
Guests can also explore an extensive selection of souvenirs, gifts and handcrafted exclusives made in Liberty Craftworks, according to members with village.
Guests will be able to explore the Detroit, Toledo and Milwaukee Roundhouse, Dr. Howard's Office and Grimm Jewelry Store for the first time since 2019, according to members with village.
The Greenfield Village opens April 12 for an exclusive members-only preview and to the public on April 13. The village will be open to the public Tuesday-Sunday through May 20, and then seven days a week starting May 21.
