Powerball Jackpot Continues To Grow

The Powerball jackpot for Saturday, May 13, 2017, is estimated at $184 million.

Wednesday night’s Powerball drawing is a case of good news, bad news. Nobody won the jackpot, which may have dashed a few dreams. The good news is that the jackpot now stands at $184 million for Saturday’s drawing, a $19 million increase from Wednesday.

The jackpot has been growing since someone took home $60 million weeks ago. Powerball drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. Eastern time. The record in the game was a $1.6 billion drawing in January 2016.

The winning Powerball numbers for Wednesday, May 10 are 29, 31, 46, 56, 62 and a Powerball of 8.

The Powerball, of course, isn’t the only game to play in Michigan. Friday’s Mega Millions jackpot stands at a life-altering $30 million. Numbers were last drawn on Tuesday, May 9: 6, 29, 45, 69, 73 and 11.

Lotto 47 is also drawn on Saturday. The jackpot for May 13 is $4.15 million. The last Lotto 47 drawing was Wednesday, with winning numbers of 4, 5, 7, 26, 32, and 42.

As for the Powerball, each ticket costs $2. Find out where you can buy your Powerball tickets here. The Powerball game is played by matching all five white balls in any order and the red Powerball number. The odds of picking the correct Powerball grand prize numbers are one in 292,201,338.

The lottery game is played in 44 states plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Powerball draws can be seen on hundreds of TV stations nationwide.
