Where To Find Dearborn Public School Info

DEARBORN, MI- Metro Detroit is experiencing some of the first snowfall of the winter. Depending on where you are you could be seeing about three inches of snow or more according to The National Weather Service.

So what does that mean for your kids?

We aren't quite sure yet, there is a couple of ways to find out whether or not your kids will be in school tomorrow or any day of this winter if the weather seems inclement. There's a couple of ways to find out whether Dearborn Public Schools will be open tomorrow, or any upcoming weather related information.

Here is what the National Weather Service has predicted for Monday night, and Tuesday:

Monday Night: Snow, mainly before 4am. Low around 21. Light and variable wind becoming northwest 11 to 16 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 24 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow accumulation of around 2 inches.

Tuesday: A chance of snow or flurries before 7am, then a chance of flurries after 7am. Partly sunny, with a temperature falling to around 17 by 5pm. Blustery, with a northwest wind 21 to 24 mph, with gusts as high as 36 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
