3 Dead In Detroit Murder-Suicide: Police

Investigators believe all three men were related and that the shooting stemmed from a domestic incident.

DETROIT — Three men are dead in what police believe was a murder-suicide that happened Tuesday in Detroit.

Officers found the three men shot to death inside a home in the 20400 block of Pinehurst on Detroit's west side at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Detroit Police Capt. Marcus Thirlkill told reporters at the scene.

One man was in his mid-50s, one in his late 40s and one in his late 20s, each with fatal gunshot wounds, Thirlkill said.

Investigators believe the man in his late 20s fatally shot the other two victims before taking his own life. They believe all three men were related and that the shooting stemmed from a domestic incident.

Investigators were still trying to determine a motive for the shooting.
