Surveillance video showed the driver tossing two kittens out of the SUV with the door open. One of the kittens started violently jerking and jumping for roughly 30 seconds before settling down as the other kitten curls up next to it looking around.
Prosecutors said Littke struck the kitten that was visibly hurt while driving away in the SUV.
