DETROIT — A popular vegan pop-up is moving into the Corktown space that was recently vacant by Bobcat Bonnie's.

Street Beet, known for their plant-based quick bites that include tacos, burgers and fried chicken, is planning to move into the spot at 1800 Michigan Ave. soon.

The vegan eatery, which currently operates out of Third Street Bar at 4626 Third in Midtown, will continue serving at that spot until the move is finalized.

"With Street Beet serving up house-made pastries and the space designed as a welcoming spot to work, hang out, and connect — it’s set to become a new favorite for both coffee lovers and the community," Street Beet said.
