Farbman Group Announces 4 Team Promotions Across Family Of Companies

Brad Margolis, Nathan Casey, Connie Rutz & Julie Dodd will start 2025 in new roles across real estate, construction & accounting industries

Farbman Group, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm, announced today the promotion of four employees across their family of companies. Brad Margolis was promoted to senior vice president of brokerage at NAI Farbman, Nathan Casey was promoted to vice president of brokerage at NAI Farbman, Connie Rutz was promoted to senior construction coordinator at Huntington Construction and Julie Dodd was promoted to senior staff accountant at Farbman Group.

“We are energized to kick off 2025 by ushering Brad, Nathan, Connie and Julie into their elevated roles across our family of companies,” said Andrew V. Having initially served as a commercial real estate broker, Brad Margolis was promoted to senior vice president of brokerage at NAI Farbman. Margolis has specific skills in landlord representation and the leasing and sales of office, medical and retail properties, a specialization that has allowed him to serve the Greater Detroit area for over a decade.

After nearly seven years as a sales and leasing associate, Nathan Casey was promoted to vice president of brokerage at NAI Farbman. Prior to his promotion, Casey served other roles across Farbman’s family of companies, including as a portfolio property manager at Farbman Group, as well as serving as an investment brokerage and sales intern at NAI Farbman.

Initially joining the Huntington Construction team in early 2008, Connie Rutz was promoted from construction coordinator to a senior construction coordinator. In her elevated role, Rutz will be responsible for coordinating efforts between architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients, monitoring project progress and reporting status to senior management and stakeholders, and ensuring that all materials and equipment are delivered to a job site on time.

With over 12 years of experience as a staff accountant at Farbman Group, Julie Dodd was promoted to senior staff accountant. Prior to joining Farbman Group, Dodd attained a bachelor of applied science in accounting and finance from the University of Michigan-Flint.
