Farbman Group Family of Companies Announce Four New Hires

Farbman Group, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced the addition of four new team members to its family of organizations. Youssef Nafe joins Huntington Construction as a project manager, Jozsef Janaki and Len Cole join Apex Mechanical Solutions as HVAC technicians, and Ayesha Cruz joins Farbman Group as a property manager.

Youssef Nafe joins Huntington Construction, Farbman Group’s construction arm, as a project manager in Chicago. Nafe brings nearly 10 years of experience in construction management. Prior to joining Huntington Construction, he served as a construction manager at Nafe Group Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture.

Jozsef Janaki and Len Cole join Apex Mechanical Solutions, Farbman Group’s resident heating and cooling organization, as HVAC technicians in Michigan. Janaki brings over a decade of experience in commercial building and machine maintenance and holds certifications in HVAC and sheet metal from Wayne County Community College. Cole brings valuable HVAC experience, and holds several HVAC, electrical and maintenance certifications from Oakland Community College.

Ayesha Cruz joins Farbman Group as a property manager in Michigan. Cruz brings over 15 years of experience in facilities management to her new role. Prior to joining Farbman Group, she was a facility analyst at XPO, serving over 300 locations within the company’s network.
