More Storms Thursday Amid Hot, Humid Conditions: Metro Detroit Weather
All of Southeast Michigan is under a "marginal risk" (level 1/5) for severe storms Thursday.
SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN — More thunderstorms are possible across southeastern Michigan on Thursday as hot and humid conditions stick around in the region, according to the National Weather Service.
The storms are expected to move into the region between 2 and 6 p.m. when highs reach the upper 80s with heat indices in the upper 90s, the weather service said.
The storms will be capable of producing heavy downpours and strong winds up to 60 miles per hour, the weather service said.
