Multiple Metro Detroit Beaches Under Contamination Advisories Ahead Of July 4th

METRO DETROIT — Multiple metro Detroit beaches are under contamination advisories ahead of the Fourth of July.

As of Tuesday, Dodge Park No. 4, Thelma Spencer Park and St. Clair Shores Metro Park were under advisories due to elevated bacteria levels.

Officials did not list a reason for the contamination.
