Rain Likely Across Detroit Area This Week: What To Know

High temperatures will also reach the upper 70s this week.

METRO DETROIT — There are multiple chances for rain across metro Detroit this week.

The National Weather Service says Tuesday will be warm and sunny before the first chance of rain moves in during the overnight hours. Forecasters said the rain will stick around through the daytime hours and possibly beyond sunset Wednesday.

There will also be a chance of rain Thursday morning as temperatures warm back into the 70s across metro Detroit, according to the weather service.

Friday will be even warmer with highs reaching the upper 70s, before a round of late-night storms crosses the area, according to the weather service.
