Trump Scheduled To Speak At Next Week's Detroit Economic Club Meeting
The special event is not open to the public and is available exclusively for DEC members.

DETROIT — Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is scheduled to speak in Detroit next week, Detroit business leaders said Wednesday.
Trump is scheduled to speak to members of the Detroit Economic Club on Oct. 10 at the MotorCity Casino Hotel's Soundboard theater, according to the economic club.
The special event is not open to the public and is available exclusively for DEC members. It starts at 10:30 a.m. and Trump is expected to speak at 1 p.m. that day.

Trump spoke to the Detroit Economic Club at Detroit's Huntington Place convention in August 2016 during his first presidential run in 2016. He later went on to win Michigan that year by roughly 10,700 over Democrat Hillary Clinton.
Trump is also scheduled to speak this Thursday at Saginaw Valley State University, which would make it his 11th campaign event in Michigan this year.

Vice President Kamala Harris is scheduled to visit Detroit this week as part of two campaign events in Michigan. It will be her first trip to Michigan since she shared a stage with Oprah Winfrey in Farmington Hills last month.
