Uber Passenger Robbed At Gunpoint On Lodge Freeway

The Uber vehicle was hit during a collision, forcing them to the side of the road. That's when shots were fired an the passenger was robbed.

DETROIT, MI — An Uber passenger was reportedly robbed at gunpoint following a collision, according to reports.

The Uber driver was traveling with a passenger when two cars hit the vehicle around 5:30 a.m. Friday on the Lodge Freeway in Detroit. The car pulled over to the side when two people from another vehicle came up and robbed the passenger before taking off in their vehicle, reports said.

Shots were fired during the exchange but no one was injured, Channel 4 reported.
