Weekend Weather: Rainy With Chance Of Frost

It's May, but that doesn't stop a frost around parts of Michigan.

MICHIGAN — It’s going to be chilly and drizzly around Metro Detroit this weekend and some areas will experience a frost Friday night.

A hazardous weather outlook warns those in the following counties that a patchy frost is possible: Wayne, Oakland, Macomb, Lenawee, Livingston, Washtenaw, St. Clair, Lapeer, Genesee, Shiawassee, Sanilac, Tuscola, Saginaw, Huron, Midland and Bay.

There is a better chance of frost in the Tri Cities and Thumb regions where clouds will be slower to arrive after midnight, the National Weather Service predicts.
