Red Brick Kitchen & Bar Posts Special Valentine's Day Menu

Red Brick Kitchen & Bar in Dexter is serving up a special Valentine's Day menu.

APPETIZERS:
-Stuffed button mushrooms with a savory chevre, spinach and artichoke filling. Served with chablis cream.

-Pistachio encrusted duck tenders served with a homemade mango chutney.

-California roll with crab, avocado, carrot and cucumber.  Served with sweet soy, wasabi and pickled ginger.

ENTREES:
-Trio of herbed lamb chops served with a white cheddar croquette, wilted spinach and a port wine reduction.

-Five pan seared jumbo sea scallops served with a jasmine rice pilaf and a duo of red and green curry.

-Feta, spinach and quinoa stuffed bell peppers with a fresh celery root puree and arugula pesto.

DESSERT:
Homemade chocolate and cognac peanut butter cups with vanilla bean ice cream
