Aubree's Pizzeria Will Give $1,000 to Dexter Schools

The downtown restaurant is launching a community grant program in Dexter on Feb. 7.

Aubree’s Pizzeria & Grill will launch its community grant program in Dexter on Feb. 7. The program is focused on giving money to organizations and groups directly related to Dexter Community Schools.

Organizations that qualify for the grant include the Dexter High School Marching Band, sports teams, clubs, etc.

Aubree’s is committed to supporting the local communities that they do business in.

“Being tied to the community is very important to us," said Andy French, president of Aubree’s. “We like to support the people that support us on a regular basis."

The first 12 qualified applicants will be put into a voting process on Aubree’s Facebook page. The group or organization with the most votes will win the grant money.

The application and criteria overview can be found online at www.aubrees.com. Applications will be accepted through Feb. 25, and voting will begin on Feb. 28.
