Tudor Estate on Lyncroft Brings European Flair to Farmington Hills

Bloomfield Hills architect Alexander V. Bogaerts designed the 6300-square-foot home.

One of the largest estates in Farmington Hills, a 6300-square-foot, Tudor home at 34062 Lyncroft, is on the market at a recently reduced price.

Realtor and Farmington Hills resident Chris Edwards of Hall & Hunter Realtors in Birmingham sent Patch a note about the four bedroom, four-and-a-half bath home, which was designed by Bloomfield Hills architect Alexander V. Bogaerts. It features a great room with a stone fireplace, wood-beamed ceiling in the library and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There's a large indoor hot tub in the walkout lower level, and the one-acre property includes a koi pond.
