What are Paul Scott's True Values and Ambitions?

I’ve received an invitation to attend a fundraising party for Paul Scott and I’m wondering why the August 1st fundraising party was held in Flushing, which is not even in the district that he actually represents.  Is it because he's trying to avoid the embarrassment of running into his actual constituents who are intent on recalling him and are going door to door throughout his 51st District with recall petitions?  What other reason could Mr. Scott have for not holding his "celebratory" fund-raiser in a village, city, town, or township in the district that he actually represents? 

 Holding a fundraiser in affluent Flushing smacks of more Paul Scott hypocrisy to me.  Other Paul Scott hypocrisies are stating his belief in family values to get the social conservative vote, while fathering a child out of wedlock, and, oh yes, keeping it a secret until after the 2010 elections.  Another was running for the position of Secretary of State after serving for only a short period of his State Representative’s job.  This makes it difficult to believe that Paul Scott’s true desire is to represent the folks of the 51^st.  And now he's having fund raisers asking for more money so he can run for our State Representative again.  Really? 

We in the 51st are skeptical of Mr. Scott’s real values and true ambitions and are feeling like a stepping stone for Paul Scott's political career.  With the track record he’s creating, he should fit right in with the Washington crowd.
