Development on Troy Gets New Communications Team
Development on Troy in Ferndale will add nearly 12 thousand feet of retail space, 400 parking spaces
The Ferndale Downtown Development Authority (DDA), is moving full steam ahead with plans for redeveloping a West Troy St parking lot into a nearly 12 thousand square feet of retail space and nearly 400 new parking spaces. The Dot Project ("Dot" is short for "Development on Troy") begins construction early next year. The DDA has hired Pulp Detroit, a Ferndale PR firm, to help bring awareness of the project to area residents.
