Cherry Health is pleased to announce the reopening of the School Based Health Centers on October 4th, 2021. The School Based Health Centers are available to GRPS students between the ages of 10-21 years old.

The following services are available:

• Well-child visits and physicals for school, work, sports and camp
• Counseling services
• Dental services (including exams, X-rays, cleanings, sealants, fluoride treatments, and more)
• Immunizations
• Treatment for minor illnesses and injuries
• Referrals for more serious illnesses, injuries, and additional care
• Assistance with chronic health problems and prescriptions for medications
• Hearing and vision screening, lab work and diagnostic testing
• Nutrition services
