8th Graders, Kindergarteners Graduate from St. Paul's

Ceremonies held this week each with a reception following. The students wore graduation ribbons, which are part of a traditional Catholic Schools graduation.

held two graduations this week--one for eighth graders and one for kindergarteners. 

The eighth graders attended an evening mass held specially for them with the graduation and honors ceremony following. There was also a reception for the students in the cafeteria and a dance at the Canfield Center, according to spokeswoman Patti Theros.

Similarly, kindergarteners had a ceremony in the gym of the school with a cafeteria reception afterward.

School officials recognized one long-time employee who is moving out of state to be closer to her family: Sister Diane was at St. Paul's for 15 years and will be moving to Pittsburgh, according to Theros.
