Rep. Tim Bledsoe announced Wednesday that he will hold a town hall meeting May 23 focusing on state and local budgets. The town hall, called Cities in Crisis: Financing Local Government in 2011, aims to help everyone learn more about the budgeting process for both local and state governments, the challenges ahead and the future.
Anyone is invited to attend the meeting, which is to begin at 6:30 p.m. May 23 at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial. Anyone with questions may call Bledsoe's office 888-254-5291 or email him.
